Add the posibility to upload an avatar for user.

For non registered users (or peoplo don't wont to upload a avatar) show the initial like Gmail does:

We recently released an update to show Gravatars for all Players in your Gaming Group that are registered and who have a Gravatar. This isn't as robust as providing the ability to upload avatars for each Player. However, it's a pretty good solution for the amount of effort as adding support for uploading and storing these kinds of images is probably not worth it.

Please let us know your thoughts or if you strongly disagree. We'll leave this idea open for a little bit in case there is feedback before closing it out.
